Document access events are recorded and may be reviewed by NEG+ Innovations, Inc.
Your accredited investor certification category is stored for Regulation D recordkeeping
All materials accessed are subject to your executed Non-Disclosure Agreement
Access logs are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with SEC Regulation D requirements.
7. Data Retention
Contact form submissions: Retained in email for as long as necessary to respond and maintain records of business inquiries.
Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity default retention settings (up to 14 months for GA4).
Investor access logs: Retained for a minimum of 5 years for SEC compliance.
Authentication session data: Stored in browser session storage and cleared on sign-out or browser close.
